We walked to work today. This is all part of our plan to be fit and sustainable! Naturally, we end up walking this crazed, excessively out of the way route that has us walking under bridges, through parking lots, and over dirt covered "roads." This was all well and good on the walk there (except that we arrived 10 minutes late and sweaty), but then of course it rained during the day and on our entire walk home. This means a NOT happy Jake. I have the picture to prove it.

Which leads me into a rant. When the heck is it going to be summer? I am losing my mind. I move to Cali with the understanding that, ya know, it's hot here? Apparently not. It's almost June, and it has barely cracked 80 degrees since last October, and it keeps raining! What the deuce??
